An interaction between paracetamol and warfarin: a case report
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) is the recommended drug for pain relief in those patients who are taking warfarin.
However, this report describes a case where paracetamol potentiated the effect of warfarin resulting in an
increased INR. This prevented immediate treatment and pain relief in an emergency dental setting.
