Dental care under general anaesthesia: a multidisciplinary approach. Commentry
This case report describes a pathway developed with a
multidisciplinary team to provide tailored and accessible
dental treatment for a patient with multiple medical
diagnoses and learning disability. A specialist-led holistic
approach resulted in a successful outcome for an autistic
patient with additional complex requirements relating to his
medical diagnoses of Noonan’s syndrome and learning
disability.
