Non-syndromic multiple supernumerary teeth: a case report

Abstract
While supernumerary teeth are an infrequent dental anomaly, multiple supernumerary teeth occur even more rarely. Their presence causes a variety of complications including poor dental and facial aesthetics. Various opinions exist for their management as no set guidelines exist for the management of multiple supernumeraries. This case report describes the management of a 14-year-old patient with a mild learning disability who presented with multiple supernumeraries within a dental hospital setting with a 7-year follow up.
