Editorial

As I write this, the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) has just come to its dramatic conclusion. I am sure that, like me, you followed the progress of the conference from news feeds and social media, with concern as the details emerged of how conclusions are drawn, and agreements negotiated, with fine tuning taking up many hours. Whilst there are some concerns about the final wording of the Glasgow Climate Pact, it is clear that the importance of taking action has been recognised.
