Introduction
When a severely compromised tooth has been treated and retreated, there comes a point where further treatment is unlikely to be cost effective in the long term and a more comprehensive treatment plan must be developed. Dental implants offer a very good long term solution to the problem of a missing tooth and whilst expensive initially, offer a very cost effective solution over the lifetime of the patient. This case report illustrates an example of a complex aesthetic problem solved with dental implants.
